PURCHASE AND SHIPPING

Purchasing procedure: private individuals – ultimate consumers:

PRODUCT SELECTION: select the desired product, select quantity and click “add to cart” in order to put product in basket.

If you want some other products, please repeat the procedure for them.

COMPLETING THE PURCHASE: select from menu the sign for Basket and your selected product will be shown.

If this is your final choice, click on “checkout”.

Under ”Costumer information” fill in the required address and contact fields
Click on “continue to shipping method”. If the delivery address is different from your residential address, fill in this information too. The shipping costs depend on the delivery address of the goods and their weight. In this step you will see the cost of shipping.

Click on “continue to payment method” in order to select method of payment, here you can choose between credit cards and finish the purchase.

After the transaction you will receive an e-mail about it

Products in the web shop can be purchased with credit cards Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, American express.

IMPORTANT:

Your credit card data: the procedure of purchasing, i.e. charging your card is not processed on our server and this information is secured by the Stripe checkout gateway system with the highest encryption system, verified by the issuers of the credit cards.

Personal data: the data you have entered about yourself will be only used in case we ever need to contact you personally regarding delivery etc.

Replacement of good due to deficiencies: if you should notice a defect or technical error on the product, please inform us via e-mail with the exact description and we will inform you about further steps regarding the repair or replacement of goods as soon as possible. Unfortunately, defects that are caused because of unprofessional handling or installation of product cannot be recognized.

SHIPPING

The delivery is carried out by HP Express to your chosen delivery address. You will receive the shipping data, tracking number (number for online shipment tracking) via e-mail, so you can track the status of your shipment.

Delivery deadlines: the products are sent out within one to three days after receipt of payment or otherwise, if so stated with each product.

Delivery time:

EU countries : 7 to 14 workdays beginning from the first day of tracking note.

Rest of the world : 7 to 21 workdays beginning from the first day of tracking note.

During taking delivery: carefully check the package you receive, in order to check if the content corresponds with your order, that parts are not missing and there is no damage. If you should have comments, the delivery man will make a record of delivery together with you about that.

COVID – 19 Policy

Despite the difficult times because of the virus, we didn’t have a significant shipping delay, but it is possible because we can not impact on world shipping services.

Regarding a virus COVID-19, we declare that in the production and packaging process, nobody of our workers had any symptoms of the disease. As an additional measure, when packing our products, we use the usual personal protective equipment such as face masks, gloves, and disinfectants.
